We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, and Money Orders or Cashier’s Checks
If paying by Credit Card, the shipping address must be verifiable with the issuing bank of the card. If it is not,orders will be shipped to the billing address; if it can be verified as legitimate by the issuing bank. To add an alternative address (very easy) call issuing card company before processing your order.
If paying by Money Order/Cashier’s Check – your order will go out once we have received and deposited funds.
Please note that Texas residents will incur a 8.25% Sales Tax on their order.
On normal shipping, we do not charge extra "handling or processing fees" or markup shipping costs. We use UPS Online which calculates shipping to your destination by weight and size and we charge you what we pay. For drop-shipments from our distributors, we will charge you whatever they quote us for that shipment.
Our shipping costs only include the actual amount to ship the items (boxes, tape, and labor are free). We ship in plain boxes and ship freight wrapped discretely. Orders marked “Free Shipping” will be shipped free via UPS or USPS
Heavy or oversized items often incur additional shipping costs and must be shipped as ground freight. These items (Chillers, Air Handlers mainly, but any other large, bulky item not exclusive to these products) have defined shipping costs associated with them that we include in the price as they will be shipped by ground carrier on pallets. Orders that qualify for “Free Shipping” but include these items will have charges just for the pre-defined charges on those heavy items but not your other merchandise.
No residential fees will be applied to freight shipments to a home. Normally, this fee is charged by the freight company for scheduling delivery, but we will assume this cost for you. They will call you to make sure you are available to receive the shipment prior to bringing a truck into your neighborhood. Any commercial delivery address which is able to receive during the business week will not be charged this fee either. Please leave a message in the customer notes section of your order if you are sending to a commercial address.
Additional shipping fees incurred due to customer error are the responsibility of the customer. These errors are most commonly the result of incomplete or incorrect shipping information so make sure to include full street names, apartments numbers, etc. Charges for re-delivery will be charged to the customer.
Non-Defective items must have been purchased within 14 days of return date ONLY. If the item(s) is unopened and not damaged, you will receive a refund minus 20% restocking fee. This is because WE are charged the same fee, we don't mark it up but in cases where products are ordered and drop-shipped from a distributor such as Sunlight Supply, we have to then process the RMA, bear the cost of shipment back, etc.. which is money out of our pocket. Customer is responsible for safe return of product and shipping charges to and from watercooledgardens.com.
NOTE: We do NOT accept returns of used chillers or used products that you purchased and then decided “this is not what I wanted.” All sales are final, we assume you did your research, and if you have buyers remorse we cannot take back used chillers, HydroGENs, or similar equipment. Just like if you bought a DVD at Best Buy and watched it and tried to take it back – not happening. Same policy for us. We did this one time for a customer who bought a small chiller and used it then decided it wasn’t for him but he wanted a much bigger one so we did it on condition of the big sale – but then didn’t make any money on the large chiller and were stuck with a smaller one we couldn’t sell. First and last time we did that. So ALL SALES FINAL unless unopened, and then the 20% restock fee applies.
Defective items returned within 30 days are eligible for exchange when accompanied by a verification of product purchase invoice from us and the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that could have been tampered with or opened such as controllers, CO2 generators, chillers, or just about anything that has been OPENED or you have attempted to “fix” yourself.
Special order items do not qualify for returns (custom products we build for you), as they are not something we can easily resell.
DO NOT ACCEPT packages that arrive damaged or appear to have been tampered with! Immediately notify UPS or the freight carrier that you are refusing the package and give it back to the driver. Damages that occur during shipment are the responsibility of the shipping company. Please do not wait to report damage during shipping! We cannot accept returns on lamps or glass that are cracked/broken after delivery has been completed. Please check your package thoroughly to ensure that it has arrived intact.
Return Procedure: Before sending back any returns, you must first call us to receive an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). If this number is not written on the box, we will not accept delivery of the package.Call us at (855) 928-2665 for returns.
